What's up boys and girls... new to the site. Played WoW pretty heavily (on Archimonde) from Vanilla through the first couple of expansions, then fizzled out a bit. Didn't really care for the direction the game went but I'm really looking forward to jumping back in to classic when it is released. Cheers.

Hey guys and gals! I played Orc hunter Rokee on Haomarush late vanilla, raided in TBC with a guild called The Redsociety and played wtlk till right before Pandas and I called it. But return for cataclysm l. But half way through Warlords I left again lol. With the eyes getting big for vanilla I so have to return. Let’s do this!

Hey I'm 22 years old and enjoying World of Warcraft since the very first days!
So if you pull out your calculator you'll get to know that I was very young back then.
WoW was my childhood. I spent so much time with my nelf hunter back then and managed to get to level 58 till TBC was released.
That's the reason why I'm SUPER hyped!

This time I'll spend even more time and naxx is my goal. Challenge accepted Blizzard!

I was born in the epic year 1990 and played World of Warcraft since launch. I used to play a troll hunter called Shofizzle on Ahn'Qiraj in vanilla days. Since TBC I've played alot of different but nothing consistent.

In August when the classic servers drop I will be playing a Troll Resto Shaman. It will be extremely casual since I'm expecting an addition to the family July 20th.

Looking forward to /wave at all my fellow hordes when crossing paths.

I am new here, real excited for wow classic been over on the wow classic subreddit but its toxic as hell.

I've played World of Warcraft on and off over the years since release. Played in Vanilla and BC but never made it to max level use to be abit of a altaholic. Released Max level at the start of Wrath and played end game stuff since then.

Use to main a paladin, so want to in classic but all my friends wonna go horde so gonna roll a shaman.

Been following the forum for couple months and now had the time (while camping for time-lost proto-drake) and encouragement (some wine on a beautiful summer evening) to finally introduce myself. I'm 35 and from Finland. Haven't noticed anyone else from Finland? Hejsan neighbours though Came across this site when I was looking up people from VanillaFriends.

I started playing within the ranks of Horde some time around 2005, and then quit around the end of Cataclysm. I started playing again with my vanilla hunter when BfA launched, lured by the idea of Horde vs Alliance. I'm actively playing though not happy with the changes that has happened in the game (LFR and sharding).

I originally started playing on my hunter. Did some raiding, ZG I remember atleast, but I got my epic hunter bow so I stepped into MC at some point too Then battlegrounds came and started doing pvp and then bit more pvp, eventually doing guild premades and making it to rank 13.

Then I changed my main to mage and started doing pve. Then came WotLK and we started focusing on 10-man raids and achieved the Glory of the Raider achievements.

I don't like the mentality retail has now: no greeting when joining groups/raids, leaving if wipe happens, calling names and being rude if someone doesn't know what to do... That's why I don't really do pugs or LFR but rather stick with the few people I've made friends with even if it means slow progress on mythic+ and no really no raid progress. Classic coming soon though so I don't mind it, just taking it easy until then

Hoping the Classic to be different: to have that community feeling again, to know the people and guilds you play against in battlegrounds or wpvp (I still
remember pvp guilds like Warders and No Skill Just Luck), to be in an active guild and make new friends with whom to hangout in discord and have fun playing together without taking things too seriously.

Ok, now I'm just starting to ramble so I'll just finish this here. Hoping to get to know people and maybe find a guild to start the journey again together

PS. I really like the forum and the look of it!

New to Wow entirely. Always wanted to play but couldn't afford it growing up. Can't wait for classic release. I have no clue on what to main; character, profession, guild with etc, Looking forward to total immersion. Guessing I'm going to need to watch a lot of youtube videos to learn the basics. If anyone has any ideas of a fun build please let me know

Get ready for one of, if not the most addicting game know to man.
If you thought crack or heroin was addicting this is more addicting because its not illegal lol

I remember people losing their jobs, failing out of school (ahem...me), marriage failing, health deteriorating, hell a person died at a LAN center because he forgot to eat and drink water (Should have brought a Mage ).

But it was the most fun I have ever had in a game!
So get ready to join us in Azeroth and explore and experience what the game has to offer, but remember the difference between reality and fantasy.....or dont lol either way immerse your self to really enjoy it!

Played to 60 in vanilla, quit shortly into BC, then came back for Warlords of Draenor and got to max level. I'm really looking forward to heading back to a digital place I loved in my youth, as I'm sure everyone is.

Hello everyone! I'm a long time WoW player, started just before AQ released. I'm really excited for Classic WoW and am looking forward to some great adventures. I'll be rolling a Human Paladin and leveling alongside my wife who will be a Human Warlock (by the name of Raven). My plan is to have some fun while leveling by being a melee healer of sorts. I read somewhere that the Devs originally intended for the Paladin to be that way, similar to their 2nd attempt in Legion. It'll make for easy questing alongside a Demo Lock as well! I've been lurking here for some time and found it to be a great place to hang around while waiting for Classic. A lot of useful information and a very nice comminuty in overall. Glad to be even a small part of it!

I'm also going to be completely new to Classic, as I didn't have the chance to play vanilla WoW. And honestly, I cannot wait for it! To me it sounds like a challenge, meaningful leveling (finally, no rush) and an adventure. Just taking my time to enjoy the game with old and new friends, seeing my character grow one step at a time.

I've been reading the forum since Classic Beta started and I couldn't get enough Classic (no beta invite, sadly). The conversation here has been very good and mature so I joined. See you all in the forum and maybe in-game too.

I'll be playing a Dwarf Warrior and my wife will be playing a Dwarf Priest. We'll be tanking and healing mostly five-person end-game dungeons. If we have time to raid (unlikely but possible), we'll do that too!

Never played WoW to much. I never got into it and first time I played was a few weeks in MoP but got bored really quick because my friends all played since Vanilla. Then played Legion a week and finaly BFA for a few months because I finally started getting into the world more. But I felt like it was not what it was supposed to be or once was. I'm really excited to play Classic and get my first real experience of the greatness of WoW Classic! cya in Azeroth!
