I'm going Shazzrah, managed to find an old school friend on Discord by pure chance and he said those guys are all rolling there so it's a no brainer really.

Ditto on moving from Shazzrah and its somewhat toxic community (based mainly on that original discord). Haven't bothered changing my name reservation, though, nor fully decided on which server we'll land. Will probably wait to release day to decide.

Hi not to complain but it would be nice to see what faction ppl are gonna be in the poll, cuz if theres like 85% horde on shazz then it wont be such a good idea to roll that one

What guilds are you talking about?

Almost all of them have no private server experience and openly mock people who do. The best guilds on the Horde side right now is a Spanish guild who's very passive aggressive to everyone because of how stupid Shazzrah treated the Spanish, as well as a guild from retail who claims being "hardcore" and plans on raiding 5 nights a week but they're really clueless about Classic (like it's a good thing to raid MC 5 nights/week).

Maybe I'm wrong and a whole new breed of hardcore guilds will emerge and do just as good as other private server established guilds will - but that's just a dice roll at this point. Alliance have some interesting guilds but nothing I'd go crazy over now that <Progress> is on Firemaw.

A lot of guilds have moved away from Shazzrah. I kept a private list of them - I can say that almost 90% of all hardcore guilds and 30-50% of semi-hardcore guilds which were announced in the first 3-4 days have left Shazzrah. I think the realm still counts them as "Full" because most people kept a name reserved there.
