Ragnaros EU.

It used to be a balanced A/H PVP server but ever since they provided the alliance with a free migration across the battle group, it turned to utter shit.
Anyone with Alliance still on that server has to suffer toxicity from Horde players because of Blizzard's stupidity.
All just a Legitimate con to convince people to pay for character transfer...

I have however also played privately on Emerald dream. Kronos 2 + 3, Elysium, and Lights Hope.

I was very young when I first started playing. I had no idea what the word 'Oceanic' meant, but what I did know was that Aman'Thul sounded irresistibly cool. Surely everyone played on that realm. Years and many hours of leveling later, I realized that Aman'Thul probably wasn't the best option for someone living in Ontario. It was too late to switch to an NA realm at that point so I stayed and destroyed my sleeping schedule.

I played on Burning Legion Alliance NA-PvP as a rogue in Vanilla. I don't remember the name of the beta server I played on before then.
@TJourney Me too! If you look at the official blizzard realm forum for Burning Legion I've just recently made a post listing old players/guilds if you are interested.

Is Finarfin from something? My mate who I played with a lot on Jubei'thos Oceanic had a shaman called Finarfin, strange to see it again!

Yeah it's a character from the Silmarillion, one of the less known books from Tolkien

I had forgotten about the server transfers... I moved to/from Archimonde (I honestly can't remember which) with my guild when they had transfers but I can't remember the guild name or the other server name for the life of me.
I was on Archimonde Horde, raided with Void. The top guilds back then were Nurfed, Discordia (fell apart around BWL), SecondComing.

I was on Sargeras, PVP realm in the US

interesting how rare it is for any of us to even have come from the same realm in the first place, let alone ever bumped into each other back then.

I wasn't involved in any raiding or guilds back then, but still have loads of good memories from that server. One of the bigger guilds on the server didn't get a drop that they wanted from a world raid boss, so they organized a server-wide raid on Orgrimmar that was large enough to crash and reset the server. It let them have another shot at getting whatever drop they were looking for, lol. I remember joining the org raid but not knowing why it was going down in the first place.

Azgalor (US). I played an Orc Warrior and I made no serious mark on the server (got to like rank 5 or 6 in PvP). Played in a guild called Core that wiped 5 times on the Bat boss in ZG, and otherwise never raided (which was fine because I didn't really have the commitment to do it back then anyway).
