Will they have open beta before classic launch? Above and beyond the stress tests.
To be honest, I hope not. Such a little rest before the release would be great. The release is in 50 days, we'll make it!

Highly doubt it, we would’ve heard by now.
I think the beta was a marketing mistake already, we should leave it be until release.

I will hazard a guess that the closest you're going to get will be the July stress test. Considering the stress test occurs at the end of July, and then a couple weeks later name reservations start, an open beta seems very unlikely.

Kevin Jordan was talking about the possibility of an open beta on his stream. Sounded optimistic that there might be one.
There is one final 48-hour stress test July 25-26 that will be world-wide, I'd guess that's the last opportunity for anything like an open beta.
I mean, it’s possibly but highly unlikely to me.
They need to save some for the release too at some point!
