Raid times

Origin
The guild is created by 5-10 real life friends from Denmark, however we accept all nationalities. The guild is also a spiritual successor of a guild by the same name back in Vanilla, though not many of the original members remain.
Recruitment
Right now we are recruiting pretty much anyone who would like to be a part of our guild. We mostly only accept people who are 18 years or older as most of us are in our thirties.

I've noticed a few of the discord links in the OP are expired, might be worth reaching out to the people who originally advertised the guilds to get them updated! Awesome list though. Just have to figure out what my friends group is expecting to do, I'd like to raid seriously but I'm not sure that everyone in our group will, and I'd like to be in the same guild as them.
I find that it's the guild's responsibility to ensure their recruitment posts are up-to-date and accurate. If they were to message me or post a reply with what needs to be changed, I'd be more than happy to oblige, but I do not intend to go out of my way to reach out to them.

I used to play resto shaman back in the day and continued to main a shaman into legion (about when I stopped). I have a bunch of friends that are playing classic, but they all plan on rolling alliance, and so I cannot play shaman with them. I plan on playing a NE druid on their server, but I am looking for anyone who would potentially support a main resto shaman on their roster.
Probably too early to tell, but everyone here seemed pretty nice, so it might be a good idea to put some feelers out! Looking forward to being attached to the elements and having totems again!

We are a Casual-hardcore raiding guild. What does that mean? Well, the casual being we do not intend to set world first or expect you to be 60 in 2 weeks we will be taking our time and hope to be 60 in about 7 weeks. This also means that if you happen to miss a raid you wont recieve a /gkick. And the hardcore? Well, the hardcore bit means we will be taking raids seriously and will be expecting people to do what is demanded of their class/role and to come prepared with consumables and at least a world buff or flask.
Other than that, the guild in its current state is very relaxed. Out members range from 29-35 and all have their shit together irl. Our application process involves a brief chat just to make sure you will mesh well with us. Nothing too serious though. Salt Miners is a Progression / Semi-Hardcore guild for Classic created by a veteran group of players. Experience in Vanilla up to Saph, tons of PS experience, ranking pushes, mythic raiding and multiple gladiator titles after Vanilla. We are mainly a PvE focused guild but will likely have PvP related events throughout Classic’s life span. I’m a 31 year old Marine veteran and I’ve played wow since release. Leadership is a bunch of laid back 30+ year olds who are goal oriented. We want to kill bosses and have a great time doing it, we aren’t here to babysit or micromanage anyone. You take care of your stuff and we will take care of the raids.

Introduction
We are forming a new guild for WoW Classic with focus on social aspects. We want to build a community, not chase progression alone. We do like to surprise ourselves, so we definitely have some ambitions, just not to the extent that we expect to clear top tier raid instances.
The guild is based around a group of old guild mates with history back to launch, and we want to grow to a point where we are capable of mounting full size raids. Raids will not be on the agenda for a while and when it becomes a topic it will be a lazy progression, at best just a once a week event.

Raid:
We are aiming for a relaxing raid atmosphere. Server first is not our main goal, but we want to maintain a steady progress, and be able to clear the raid in a timely manner. We are a late night progression raiding guild. Our leadership has extensive competitive raiding experience in Vanilla all they way to present. We are an adult based guild as well -- if you can't hang with a bunch of mid-20s to 30s folk who swear, joke, and have a blast... look elsewhere.
While we may not raid a lot during the week, we plan on being efficient and ready to go when we do. You are expected to come prepared (this means food buffs, flasks, etc). Our goals are to push content and create a community.
Outside of our raider ranks, we are very open to accepting casual players that want to be apart of the guild and help us build our community. We also expect there to be a good deal of organized PvP going on as several members have confessed their love of PvP. We are a 2-day raiding guild eagerly awaiting the release of Classic. We plan to play on an (RP)-PVP realm and are currently looking for raiders to fill our roster but socials are equally welcome.
Note: If RP-PVP servers are not available on launch, we will play on the PVP server.
Raid information
Schedule: Wednesday and Sunday 19:30-23:30 CET
Loot system: DKP with a weekly decay and a silent single bid, along with some additional tweaks such as reduced DKP rate for our Spriest and the tank loot essentially being handled as loot council.
Other: We will have an Attendance Points system alongside DKP which will reward players who are committed to attending raids as they will be able to then spend these points on items that don't particularly benefit the raid, but have collectible or niche off-spec/PVP value, such as 2H weapons and ZG mounts.
What you can expect from us
We have two main goals in mind; the first being to down content in a timely manner, and the second is to laugh and have a good time. We aim to have a guild with a good mix of classes and specs (so not 15 fury warriors), with room for more niche specs provided they add sufficient utility/flavour to the raid; a SPriest that buffs the warlock dmg, a Feral that can OT when needed and provide crit for the melee. In short a relaxed raid environment but with competent players.
What we expect from you
We're looking for players who can commit to our raid schedule and who are motivated to participate in progression on a fairly light schedule. We're not just looking for people who can top the meters however; survivability, situational awareness, and most importantly, being able to fit in well with the guild both during the raid and outside of it is also key.

We’re recruiting a few players for our semi-hardcore dungeon-leveling team. Our main goal is to ding level 60 before ~5 days played before the first week is over, while also getting multiple pre-raid BIS items and attunements in this time.
It’s very important to us that you are both trustworthy and trusting in us, as all of the items that is not used within the group will be sold and shared equally among our party. We are expecting to be able to afford mounts and training for all our members at level 40, and still be wealthy at 60. However, gold farming is not our main goal.
Our setup will consist of 3 warriors, an enhancement shaman and a priest.
As of now we’re in need of a warrior and a priest who knows how to play their classes well, with a good knowledge of the game, but most of all is communicating well, and is fun to play with, as we’ll be hanging out for a week straight.

<Trouble> [EU-Horde-PvP] is a community-driven, progression-focused, English-speaking raiding guild. We've been playing online games together for upwards of 15 years, and we've picked up a whole bunch of great players and good friends along the way. We have a wide array of players from all across Europe, and beyond, with varying different levels of experience.
We have players who have reached high heights in both PvE and PvP across various expansions, but also others that have never even played vanilla WoW before. With this in mind, we are creating an inclusive guild where everyone is welcome, as long as they're enthusiastic and willing to play with us to the best of their ability.
Leveling
There will be no rush to level 60. We will begin raids as soon as we have the force to do so, but if it takes you a couple of weeks longer than other people, nobody cares. You will probably be able to join the early birds once you get there. Take your time; enjoy the experience.
Raiding
We will be raiding two nights a week (all times are in Server Time (CET)):
Tuesday 8:00-11:30 PM
Sunday 8:00-11:30 PM
Come Phase 3 (BWL), an additional raid night will be added to revisit older raid tiers:
Wednesday 8:00-11:30 PM
All participants are expected to bring their own consumables. You don't have to be doing top tier DPS/HPS, but you do need to respect the rest of the guild enough to bring what you need to be functional in a raid.
Loot System
Our loot system will be a very simple, closed bid DKP system with partial decay to help deter hoarding. Name a more iconic duo than loot council and drama.
When the third raid day is introduced in Phase 3 (BWL), it is worth noting that it will NOT use the DKP system, and all items will be rolled (main-spec priority, as usual) between raiders who want them. The reason for this is that a lot of people in the guild can only raid two days a week, tops, and they should not feel like they have to come to this raid in order to keep up on DKP for the main tier raids.
Classes
Like any other guild, we would prefer the dominant classes with meta specs. However, we do believe that the player comes above the class and spec in a lot of circumstances. If you're dedicated, positive and willing to listen, those things go an exceptionally long way.
With that in mind, we are willing to give most people a shot, with the caveat that those classes and specs with a generally weak performance may find it harder to earn a permanent raid spot. If you are very confident in your ability to play an off-meta spec that isn’t listed below to an acceptable level, feel free to contact us:

We are a new Evening/Night guild and most of our members are Veterans and we have all played since Vanilla.
As such, we have a lot of experience raid wise. We are going to be very special. Quality over Quantity.
We want to be a very social guild with absolutely no filters and we love Meme's. We are going to be focusing on Raid progression.
When PVP comes out we will run premades and World PVP(GUROBASHI Arena/Barrens Chat aka Chuck Norris LOL/World Bosses) We are going to
be a tight knit guild meaning we don't want to have 500+ members like other big guilds do.
Rules & requirements: Age restriction of 23+ as most of us are in our mid 20's and early 30's and we would not like to play with children or kids.
Raiding schedule: As far as raids go We will be Raiding 3x a week from 10pm-1am EST focusing on raid progression. The days have not been determined yet.
Expectations of Raiders:-Knowledge of fight
