Like the title says, I’m trying to get an idea of how long it takes to level 60-70. It’s been a long time since TBC lol, I seem to remember it taking a lot longer than completing the current contingent on retail does, but I could also have been just bad as a teenager.

Is it going to take like a week of playing after work our longer than that?

I remember it took very short time, however I've been playing a lot. In my opinion, much faster than 55-60 in vanilla.

Currently playing Kegtek, troll hunter on Ten Storms EU
I used to play Warn, human mage on The Maelstrom EU <Ashbringer | Rachell's Angels | Entrophy | Relentless>

From what I've heard from multiple people is that it takes a lot longer to do 60-70 than they were expecting. So you probably should error on the side of longer than shorter.

Got two different Informationen on this topic: in Vanilla TBC it took me about three weeks with about 25 hrs / week to hit 70. It starts really fast, like 60-62 in a couple of hours, but slows down considerable 67+ if you aren't doing netherstorm questspam.

On a pserver with double XP it took a long week, maybe 30 hours.

That said, If your toon can handle it, go outland 58 ( earliest for quests ) you do 58-60 in two hours with null sweat.
