Didn't see much of these back in the day, but I'm seeing a lot more now. Was I just lucky? I'm sure there's a lot more info on that kind of thing that's easier to find now then back then.

Judging by that video I would say that the ones that made it live are here to stay, because they were reported but chosen not to get fixed, while others that were reported but much more gamebreaking were fixed.
