Long-time TBC player, and I've been building a guild management addon for the last year, it started as an internal tool for my own guild because we were drowning in spreadsheets.

It's running in the Forever beta now. What it does:

- Roster syncs automatically: gear, specs, professions, attunements. Nobody fills anything in.
- Raid attendance recorded from the game, not from signups. It'll show you who said yes and didn't come.
- Loot history and a loot master, with loot council and wishlist support.
- Enchant audit and buff/cooldown coverage for the officer view.

There's an optional website and Discord bot on top, so signups and attendance end up in the same place, but the addon works standalone.

I've read the spreadsheet threads here and built roughly what they describe.
If your guild is forming for Forever and wants to try it, I'd rather have five guilds telling me what's broken than a thousand silent installs.
