Brothers and sisters of the Light!

A few months ago, I started a slightly ridiculous WoW Classic challenge: reach level 60 while only killing undead.

We decided to do it on Celebras EU, which at the time was incredibly quiet. Seeing another player while leveling was genuinely unusual.

As people started following the challenge, we created The Grand Crusade so anyone who wanted to participate could join us.

We expected maybe a handful of players.

It got slightly out of hand.

Today, The Grand Crusade has almost 300 members on Celebras, our Discord has grown to 350+ members, and we've even started a second guild for people wanting to join us from NA.

Seeing Celebras actually have players running around again has probably been one of the coolest and most unexpected parts of doing the challenge.

The rules themselves are pretty simple: you can only kill undead enemies on your journey to level 60. That also means progress is painfully slow.

We're hoping that as more of us eventually reach 60, we'll be able to start doing end-game content together as The Grand Crusade.

I always find it endearing and quite fun when players attempt such challenges! I imagine it's quite difficult to reach areas with Undead mobs at the early levels, especially since there are no Undead in the 1-10 Alliance areas.

Do you go to Tirisfal Glades to vanquish those abominations and show them the Light's mercy, or did you find another way for The Grand Crusade to start its journey?

That's what I was wondering, what the leveling route even looks like with undead mobs only.
