Welcome to our Gear guide for PvE Arms Warrior! Below you will find your Pre-Raid BiS gear, along with the BiS gear for each phase.

On this page, we will cover the gear that is best to enter Heroics with, and our Pre-Raid Set, and then each phase’s BiS gearset. For the sake of simplicity and ease of access to certain items, I have only included PvP items that can be purchased with Honor Points, and have excluded PvP items that require Arena Points to purchase.

Phase 1 Pre-Heroic Armor

• Head: Helm of Assassination or Helm of the Claw (If you still need the Hit Rating)
• Neck: Natasha's Choker (If you still need the Hit Rating) or Blood Guard's Necklace of Ferocity
• Shoulders: Ragesteel Shoulders or Mantle of Perenolde
  • Honorable Mention: Ripfiend Shoulderplates (Will likely be fairly expensive)
• Cloak: Cloak of the Inciter or Netherfury Cape
  • Honorable Mention: Vengeance Wrap (This may be harder to obtain than the other two options)
• Chest: Bulwark of Kings or Breastplate of Kings
  • Honorable Mention: Terrorweave Tunic (This may be harder to obtain than the other two options)
• Bracers: Black Felsteel Bracers (Can craft or purchase from a Blacksmith/Auction House)
• Hands: Fel Leather Gloves or Felfury Gauntlets (Can craft or purchase from a Blacksmith/Auction House) or Cobrascale Gloves
• Waist: Ebon Netherscale Belt (Requires Leatherworking) or Deathforge Girdle
• Legs: Fel Leather Leggings or Clefthoof Hide Leggings
  • Honorable Mention: Scaled Greaves of the Marksman (This may be harder to obtain than the other two options)
• Boots: Fel Leather Boots (If you need Hit Rating) or Sha'tari Wrought Greaves
• Ring: Kaylaan's Signet
• Ring: Overseer's Signet
  • If you are Exalted with Lower City, Shapeshifter's Signet would take priority
• Trinket: Abacus of Violent Odds
• Trinket: Hourglass of the Unraveller

Weapon

• Two–Handed:
  • Sword Specialization: High Warlord's Claymore (Horde) or Grand Marshal's Warblade (Alliance) or Greatsword of Forlorn Visions
    • Note: If you picked Blacksmithing and Master Swordsmithing, Lionheart Champion / Lionheart Blade would be our priority
  • Mace Specialization: Arechron's Gift or Warmaul of Infused Light
    • Note: If you picked Blacksmithing and Master Hammersmithing, Deep Thunder / Thunder would be our priority
  • Poleaxe Specialization: Blackened Spear / Crow Wing Reaper
    • Note: If you picked Blacksmithing and Master Axesmithing, Mooncleaver / Lunar Crescent would be our priority

• Ranged: Mama's Insurance
  • Honorable Mention: Barrel-Blade Longrifle (Will likely be expensive for some time)

Phase 1 Pre-Raid Armor

• Neck: Choker of Vile Intent (25 Badge of Justice)

  • Honorable Mentions: Black-Iron Battlecloak or Vengeance Wrap (These will likely be pretty expensive, but they are better than Cloak of the Inciter)
• Chest: Bulwark of Kings or Breastplate of Kings
  • Honorable Mention: Terrorweave Tunic (Will likely be fairly expensive)
• Bracers: Black Felsteel Bracers or Ebon Netherscale Bracers (Does require Leatherworking)

• Waist: Ebon Netherscale Belt (Does require Leatherworking) or Girdle of the Deathdealer (If you need the Hit Rating) or Deathforge Girdle

  • Alternative: Black-Iron Battlecloak
• Chest: Bloodsea Brigand's Vest or Bulwark of the Ancient Kings
• Wrist: Bracers of Eradication or Bladespire Warbands
• Hands: Gloves of the Searing Grip (These will be your best choice given the Expertise Rating) or Liar's Tongue Gloves
  • Note: Both of the above mentioned gloves offer more to you than Destroyer Gauntlets
• Waist: Belt of One-Hundred Deaths
