Phase 1 - Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon's Lair Pre-Raid BiS
- Head: Whitemend Hood or Helmet of the Steadfast Champion (50 Badges of Justice)
- Neck: Necklace of Eternal Hope or Natasha's Guardian Cord
- Shoulders: Primal Mooncloth Shoulders
- Cloak: Lifegiving Cloak or Bishop's Cloak (25 Badges of Justice)
- Chest: Primal Mooncloth Robe
- Wrists: Blessed Bracers or Bindings of the Timewalker (Requires Exalted with Keepers of Time) or Primal Surge Bracers
- Gloves: Life Bearer's Gauntlets or Prismatic Mittens of Mending
- Honorable Mention: While better, many players will not have access to Gladiator's Ornamented Gloves, since they will likely cost roughly 1,125 Arena Points
- Waist: Primal Mooncloth Belt or Cord of Sanctification
- Legs: Whitemend Pants or Pontifex Kilt
- Boots: Boots of the Watchful Heart or Slippers of Serenity
- Ring: Band of Halos (25 Badges of Justice)
- Ring: Ancestral Band (Horde) Ring of Convalescence (Alliance)
- Trinket: Essence of the Martyr (41 Badges of Justice)
- Trinket: Scarab of the Infinite Cycle or Lower City Prayerbook
- Main-Hand: Hand of Eternity or The Ancient Scepter of Sue-Min or Shockwave Truncheon
- Honorable Mention: Gavel of Pure Light (While this is a great weapon, it requires you to be Exalted with Almaador)
- Honorable Mention: If you cannot afford or find either of the first two mentions, Hammer of the Penitent is a great start
- Shield: Aegis of the Vindicator Held-in-Off-Hand: Windcaller's Orb or Swamplight Lantern

- Wrists: Blessed Bracers or Bracers of Justice
- Hands: Gloves of Centering or Gauntlets of Renewed Hope
- Waist: Primal Mooncloth Belt or Girdle of Truth
- Legs: Gilded Trousers of Benediction or Legplates of the Innocent Boots: Gold-Leaf Wildboots or Boots of Valiance
- Ring: Ring of Flowing Light or Jade Ring of the Everliving
- Ring: Ring of Convalescence (Alliance) or Ancestral Band (Horde)
- Honorable Mention: Naaru Lightwarden's Band is preferred over the two reputation rings, but it does require completing The Fall of Magtheridon (Horde) and The Fall of Magtheridon (Alliance) which means you have to be the sole player out of 25 to loot his head
