Looks like Wowhead has datamined some info about the upcoming TBC anniversary realms. I was just asking about this the other day too in a TBC level boost post I made: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=13071
It appears that this time you can buy as many Character Boosts as you want, however it's unknown if those can be used for the new races (Blood Elf and Draenei).
Comparison tables, as far as what I can tell so far:
| Character Clone | Character cloned to Classic Era and TBC. | $35 |
| Dark Portal Pass one per account |
Boost one character to 58 (does not include new races) Apprentice Riding skill Race-specific mount Weapon skills up to level 58 Access to certain flight paths Set of level 58 magic (green) quality gear Up to four Runecloth Bags (14 slots each) A little bit of gold |
$39.99 |
| Deluxe Edition | Dark Portal Pass Included Reawakened Phase-Hunter mount Viridian Phase-Hunter mount Dark Portal Hearthstone toy Path of Illidan toy 30 days game time |
$69.99 |
| Character Boost | Can be purchased as many times as wanted. | ??? |
| Epic Edition | Cerulean Phase-Hunter mount Lil' Exodar toy Naaru's Embrace toy |
??? |
| Heroic Edition | Includes everything from Epic Edition 30 days game time |
??? |

I'd like to know if the boosts are going to apply to Blood Elf and Draenei this time around. Hopefully we'll get an official update soonish on what's coming for TBC.

Unless they change something looks like only one boost per account as part of the Epic pack. Can't be used for Blood Elves or Draenei.
