Where is Yowler supposed to be? Ive looked everywhere

Yowler should be in the mountains straight North of Lakeshire. If you are playing Season of Discovery, you might be getting unlucky and other players are just beating you to the punch.

He doesn't spawn in any caves, so make sure you stay outside.
