Usually it's whoever pulls their weight and others, like the GM, Raid Leaders and Officers.

I'm really hoping that with all of the Naxx info and strategy out there that more of these will go out. I think legendary items (WotLK legendary and older) are one of my favorite things to go after. I'm really shooting for Atiesh in Vanilla I think. That's going to be my white whale.
