@Sams make sure to subtract the “time spent at this level” from total /played for the exact time at ding for a particular level. I’d also prefer to not include runs that weren’t posted here. Good job!

@Jpy Awesome stuff on the video's, if been lurking here for quite a while now.
I was wondering what macro's u use on your hunters?

Haha, I'm doing my best to make myself do a run. I've only done 1-10 3x and managed to cut off time every run so it's definitely worth. But damn does it feel shitty to barely have time to play :( Practicing 1-6 was so much more fun since it didn't consume any time at all hahaha

What actionbar and unitframe addons are you using? your ui looks really nice!Berg wrote: ↑6 years agoDone on a local repack.
Very happy with this run. Im not sure if much can be optimized, but always open to discussion.

@Jpy I will work on cleaning it up. I assumed all videos posted on here were by other members. I think it’s only 1 or 2 that may need removed if that’s the case. Also I will go through and subtract the played at that level. I didn’t really pay attention to that and also assumed people would do /played right when they dinged.
@Jpy hit me up on Discord and I can give you access to the google doc also.
Thank you! If you want the whole UI pack you can google "Frostadamus UI" and click the first video link. The download will be in the description.
For the specific addons you mentioned, the action bar is made horizontal and moved with MoveAnything. As for the unit frames, its a combination of modui and ClassPortraits.

@Stoepsel Tauren can potentially be the fastest 1-10 on Horde side for Hunter. You also get the benefit of starting in Mulgore for launch, which will be much less populated than Durotar or Tirisfal.

Very nice, ive been trying to get a druid sub 1h50min but keep hovering around 1h51-52min? What Quests do u skip? I almost feel like the harpy Q up to the north is not worth it because of the downtime between each mob? Any tips would be appreciated really :DBerg wrote: ↑6 years agoDone on a local repack.

Yeah, I've only done three runs too. Two of those I took to 20.Xinergy wrote: ↑6 years agoHaha, I'm doing my best to make myself do a run. Thanks, it took me awhile to get under the 1h50 mark, but a couple smart death warps and a route change in the level 8-10 range made it possible for me.
I only skipped the quests done inside the den, The Emerald Dreamcatcher and its followup. There are a few more quests ill likely have to skip come classic launch, but i completed during this run.
As for the harpy quest, i do that at the same time as my owl tame quest(hunter), Crown of the Earth P5, and Mist. Having a temporary pet at this point make it a no brainier as a hunter. I dont really have much experience as a druid, but if its possible to do with the other quests i mentioned, i think itd be worth.
Did 1-20 on Lightbringer with my Paladin
was a bit tired so I did some mistakes, died several times to stupid things, but still a decent time
I think this route is really good. going to continue to 30. will be up in a few days hopefully
Part 1 Elwynn Forest 1-10 in 1h33min
Part 2 Loch modan 10-12 in 2h50min
Part 3 Darkshore 10-16 in 5h03min
Part 4 Redridge/Loch 16-19 in 7h40min
Part 5 Darkshore 19-20 in 8h40min
Uploaded all on my YT here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjk6L4 ... LIc0Yp4BAA
JUDGEMENT

My first attempt, and a bad one that. Human Warrior using LightsHope Repack.
1h sword and shield when you get to the Loggin Camp: Prowlers, Murlocs is very tough. Wish I could learn or use 2h before lvl 10. Spent close to 45 mins there......

Could've reached the 1h 35min marker here with some improvement on my last few quests. Died around 1h 25 and had to corpserun for 2mins.
Then went back to brill but didn't ding on the quests (2 bars short) so had to run out and grind extra mobs. Not sure how many more runs I'm gonna do for 1-10 but it would be pretty damn great to push for a 1h 30min run. I don't know if that will be possible though :P
Don't watch the split timers on top, it didn't automatically trigger at lvl 6 or 7 somewhere, so I manually added another one but it still fucked up somewhere lol.

Nice work Sams, thanks for doing this! Minor correction: my time was as a Human Paladin, not a Dwarf, and Judgement's time is better than mine, so mine shouldn't be listed.Sams wrote: ↑6 years agoHere we go fellas.
Here is my google doc of all of the Screenshot and Video submissions by Race / Class.
If you beat an existing score or upload a video of your run and want it added. @Sams and post the screenshot and/or video.

Little better... 1h43m. 1h40m doable. I can't get out of Valley of Trials in under 29m (level 6). I tried a number of different things today, like rushing Imp, getting Immolate at lv 1, and modifying the route a bit, and they all had exit times within 1 minute of each other, surprisingly.

29mins to leave starterzone is insanely good. I usually get the last part done at around 29. Fastest was 28mins and a few seconds, but its easily 30mins+ before i reach the gates of the starterzone.Goetia wrote: ↑6 years agoLittle better... 1h43m. 1h40m doable. Hmm I did some runs like a year ago on the Australian server Nostralia when it was up, it was on a 1.9 progression point though. I got lvl 30 in around 10.5 hrs doing joanas guide and around 10 runs practice. I'm going to try again on a repack since the ping to any of these other servers is awful from here, but is there any reason my time would be so much lower than some of these quoted times?
Either you leveled with almost all rested bonus or you were being dungeon boosted... Or the server was not blizzlike to begin with.Damaged wrote: ↑6 years agoHmm I did some runs like a year ago on the Australian server Nostralia when it was up, it was on a 1.9 progression point though. We use the repack and turn off rested exp to simulate what it would be like to no life at Classic Launch in order to get a head of the pack. Under these conditions I'm 99.9% sure that 10 hours to 30 is not mathematically possible.
Honestly though, I'd love to be proven wrong. If you manage to pull it off I'd be very interested in how you did it, even though it would mean that we've been playing the game wrong all along.

I have to say that it is quite a long time since I played on worse servers than northdale and litghbringer. They might have good scripted raids but around the starting level areas it is just extremely bad. If I did not try for that speedrun I would not touch this servers at all. Horrid, horrid servers.

@Jpy So you leave at 5 I assume? I'm used to getting 6 before heading to Sen'jin since I like having arcane and mark for the grind to Razor Hill. I guess leaving at 5 is way more realistic for Classic Launch anyway.
1-20 Mage on repack in 8hr 15min 32sec, vod is up on my twitch https://www.twitch.tv/videos/413806033
