Undead Paladins are a contrasting class. Paladins excel in fighting undead. And lore-wise, considering a lot of Paladins hailed from the region that became the heart of the Forsaken faction, plenty of them would have a chance to become a part of the Scourge, and later Forsaken.
This combination has intrigued WoW players for years. Especially since NPCs like Naxxramas’ Sir Zeliek prove that it’s possible for an undead to wield the Holy Light. Doing so is physically painful for an Undead Paladin, which adds another interesting spin on the class. While that’s mainly a lore consideration, it still adds to the overall class fantasy. And class fantasy is a major pillar of Classic WoW, and now WoW Forever.

I am so excited to go on an epic journey to get that mount, omg. The power, the flavor, the aesthetic, the lore! I couldn't have asked for more. Legit nothing made me drop $60 faster on the beta than this combo. Like... the RP potential alone is off the charts if you're into that. But also Horde Paladins in Classic? It's gonna slap so hard.
I don't understand undead paladin, couldn't you this whole time just modify the wow folder to change the character model?
