If you prefer the flat modern UI in WoW, or if you use addons to change it to your liking, you might not have noticed this. But if you like the more ornamented Classic-feeling version, you'll likely apprecaite this.

So, the default Classic UI has had these silver gryphons sitting around the skill bars. Forever's default UI changes them to a more copper color. But what it also does, and what it took me a minute to notice, is that now, factions get different ornaments. Alliance still gets gryphons. But Horde has wyverns instead. I think that's pretty neat.

On Turtle wow, you could "buy" the option for their eyes to glow and they'd move a little every time you leveled up. Felt so much better than the typical yellow flash ding.
