I've been going through everything I can on WoW Forever, especially the Evolving a Timeless World Blizzcon panel where they talk a lot about lighting, fog, and view distance but I haven't seen anything about weather effects? Did anyone see anything that looks like they're going to be back in the game?

For people who haven't seen them before here's some vids showing weather effects from vanilla wow. Really wish they'd add them to Forever and Classic versions

Old WoW rain was just about my favorite thing in the entire game. Old Blizzard really loved weather effects. Even WC3 had chat commands that started rain/snow/etc.
