I've been playing the new WC3 expansion, and it apparently has 2 secret levels. One of them I've no idea where to find. I believe it has something to do with a goblin race (the vroom vroom kind, not the green dudes themselves).
But the other is a Vampire Survivors clone within the campaign called Forsaken Survivors. I'll attach some screenshots for how to find it. Check the spoiler if you'd like to know.

You find it in Act 2 of the main forsaken campaign, during the side quest where you're sent to blow up some tunnels. You'll be dealing with spiders and scarlet crusade dudes. After you place the third bomb, look to the north of it and you'll see breakable rocks.
Break them and keep moving up. You'll cross a bridge and enter a new area called Forsaken Hollow.
Inside you'll see an altar in a tiny room. Select the altar and click the only button in its interface to begin a challenge. The altar acts as a shop, meaning you can click on your heroes to select the active one. Meaning you can play the secret map as either Garek or Anya. They both have their different stats and attacks. When you later get Leonid as the third hero, he has a special starting ability too.

I'm not actually sure what the ultimate goal of the challenge is. Once the countdown of 30 minutes reaches 0, it goes into the negatives. At that point your screen will be so flooded with monsters, dropping the FPS to single digits, you'll want to lose but if your build is strong it may be difficult.
Every once in a while you'll be attacked by bosses during the challenge. Defeating them will give you special artifacts for you heroes after you leave the challenge.
