I saw the announcement at GenCon and now my WoW friends are asking me to run it!
Darn, I have very much been on and off and relatively casual about the game and I feel like I know nothing, haha. I am checking out the basics, like the new races/species, subclasses, specializations, and sure -- I know the basics -- but I am truly lost for any specifics I could look into 
Suppose I could just wait for the release, but as any anxious gamemaster I am now making circles trying to prepare a prequel campaign/one-shot or something, just to test the ground before I run something more involved. How deep does this rabbit hole go...?

@Luxrah, you mentioned the Icecrown Citadel Adventure in the news post, what are the vibes there? How WotLK is this thing going to be? 
So is modern Blizzard. When in doubt or questioned about something, just go, 'the Jailer did it.' Works every time.
Hard to say without getting a closer look. It sounds like their official live play series is going to run through it so that will be interesting!
