Definitely would choose the faction friends play on too. The most important part of the game!
Probably going to level a mage solely because they are amazing at aoe farming and grinding gold. If I have a 60 mage in the beginning, I will not have to worry about gold on my other toons. Not to mention, mages are great in pvp and pve. All around an amazing class with few flaws.
I am actually thinking about a mage as my Alliance character as well. It has something to it in Vanilla. Might finally go for my decade long dream and level a gnome mage with a white beard.Bazinwaz wrote: ↑1 year agoProbably going to level a mage solely because they are amazing at aoe farming and grinding gold. My main will be Horde warlock though. And orc. And female. Yep.
Bold move here. From what is known to me, survival tree was a total disaster. Unintentionally, of course, yet it does not change the fact.
Certainly Paladin deep dark fantasyKuthan wrote: ↑1 year agoI have finally chosen to play Paladin. I am looking forward to it! I have always enjoyed paladin fantasy
What do you mean by ''not sure how it will be being a human''?Kutahn wrote: ↑1 year agoThough...I was leaning towards Warlock but not sure how it will be being a Human
Because of Will of the forsaken and I know there will be a ton of people being Undead
Ah I see. Well I wouldn't be that concerned about this.
Go against the odds. Be the underdog. Pick the unfavorable position. And the excel at it. The pleasure brought is increased x100.
I've always wanted to roll a paladin. I love how they can wear mail and plate armour types yet still heal.
Hey Evoe! Sounds like you’ll be a popular tank during levelling wih that plan Does raid tanking not appeal to you in terms of fun?
Hey there! What a nice forum! To answer your question: I'm a rather inexperienced tank, always been playing ranged dps. Also not sure if I'm able to hit that 100% attendance for being a tank. I'm also not the shot caller type usually so being just fury dps/OT will be enough. I'm currently practicing warrior leveling on a pserver and I'm really liking the playstyle after playing ranged dps for so long. Hamstring-kiting ftw.
I've rolled warrior on my horde char once and I wanted to try fury. I bumped into a recruitment officer of one guild while we were doing a Stratholme run. I was tanking and he told me that they needed an off-tank and that I was kinda good at it in his opinion, so I tried it and had a blast. Eventhough I enjoyed it a lot, I realized that it wasn't the best role for me I liked the occasional need of being the one in charge and what not but after some time I didn't like the fact I had the typical tank responsibility. You have to know the fights through and through even from other roles perspective and not make any mistakes. I like having some room for silly mistakes and dont tryhard from time to time. Thats why I would go fury if I were to play warrior again. You will have to occassionally off-tank anyways so you wont miss that experience as fury.
I will probably roll Druid or Shaman, play them as melee (at least pre-60), with self healing and travel form/ghost wolf for a smooth experience. I have played both classes before so in a way it would make sense to try Paladin (melee/selfheal etc.) but I just don’t feel it when thinking about Paladins.
