Hello everybody! Could you help me out real quick? Beginner player here.

I’ve swapped between Rogue and Warrior like 10 times already, so hard to pick! I like both classes a lot.
I’ve never played Vanilla, only BFA, so Im pratically a new player. I’ll be playing for like 4 hours a day. Right now, only one of my friends said he is going to play and he is rolling Rogue. Rolling on a PVP server.

Warrior sounds awesome: being an Orc Warrior smashing stuff with a 2-handed weapon, cool looking armor. However, I dont have the knowledge/experience of most players in Classic. As I read through posts people say Warrior is the hardest class to level, very gear dependent, the skill rotation is kinda tricky, no escape skills, needs a pocket healer on PvP to perform well, hard to farm gold, need to set up some macros, higher repair costs. Ocasionally, I would have to tank/offtank and I dont know nothing about it.

Rogue also sounds great: also rolling Orc and lurking in the shadows ganking people. It seems more beginner-friendly cause you can pick your own fights, escape skills, less gear-depedent, leveling and solo-playing seems way easier than warrior. Time and gold investment will be way lower than Warrior. However, you’re not wielding those 2h cool weapons, your armor wont look as sick as Warrior, you need more finesse. I dont see a lot of Rogue streamers, but I see a lot of Warrior Streamers on Twitch.

Would you say Rogue is easier/faster to learn and master than Warrior? Rogue’s skill rotation is simpler than Warrior’s stance dance (PvE and PvP)? Warrior requires more micromanagement overall? Which one is more “beginner-friendly”?
Please help me pick! Thank you!

I'll be on a PVP server.. and probably will PvP a bit, just for fun. Not going for any ranks or something like that. Mostly wPVP and sometimes BGs.

I think you'd like rogue better as they have more buttons and gadgets. Warrior leveling is pretty rough until level 40. But it's hard to know for sure, comes down to you as you're the one who's playing it.

How about a duo Rogue combo, is it good for leveling/pvping? Cause my friend is rolling Rogue.

Certainly. You'd be able to stunlock elite mobs and do quests that are otherwise group recommended.

And in wPvP with two Rogues out of the shadows!
Such an advantage if your both lurking around especially in the caves!
The shit you can stir up is amazing, lets say no one will survive a surprise attack from two rogues...maybe paladins bubble hearth

EDIT: I guess level matters as well
