Hello everyone,
I was planning on playing Horde on Stalagg cause I want PVP and I use est. I just checked and Stalagg has finally reached full. Given Blizzard's warning about how long queue times could be, I'm unsure if I want to stick it out or switch to one of the incoming new realms. I'd play on Skeram but my friends (who've decided to go Alliance) are playing there so obv I can't go Horde there.
What about you all? Think you'll wait it out? Or will you switch if the queues are too long? Plus, how long could queues really be on full servers? Regardless, I'm happy to see so many people preparing to play.

I was initially going to stay on Shazzrah regardless of it being completely packed, but as it turns out, most Twitch-chat kids are on it and I rather end myself than play with those guys.
I think all PVP realms are going to have a queue anyway unless they suddenly feel like adding 30 more realms.

Stay, every single realm except for the ones realms showing up 6 hours before launch will be full. No point in changing unless you wanna roll on one of those and even then, they might be full as well.

Will stay on Golemagg (full). I don't mind waiting in a queue if it means coming into a world full of people.

I have created 3 toons on some east realms. I'm just going to see what's open on launch day and go from there. I took time off of work to play so queues aren't stopping me. Idc really what realm it is as long as I can play.
Chablo - Undead Mage - US Sulfuras

From what Blizzard is saying, it sounds like only a handful of them are especially bad - Herod and I forget the other.
I really do wonder if there will be any realms with anything lower than high population a week into the game.

You make a good point. No telling if the others fill as they're opened. Might as well stick with what I've planned now!vanillalad wrote: ↑5 years agoStay, every single realm except for the ones realms showing up 6 hours before launch will be full. Staying on Stalagg Horde for now, but definitely reserving names on Incendius when it launches "just in case" the queues are worse than I expect.

That is going to happen on any server regardless.
My ignore button is ready.

I'm going from Pyrewood to Nethergarde. No point sitting in queues for literally hours.
Contrary to what everybody is saying on reddit and discord I don't believe there is no established economy yet, no settled playerbase, no succesfull/unsuccesfull raiding guilds and no history so no ties there keeping me on Pyrewood.
Names? Planning to be quick once the server goes up. Didn't get it? I'll think of a new one.
Basis is that I believe Blizzard when they say that an old full server has less people then a current medium one and since I've been on a old medium server for 15 years and that was fine with 'how lively the game world is' so I'll be just as fine on a new medium server.

Quitter :P to be honest I don't blame you... but I wouldn't be surprised if most of the servers will have at least a high population on release.Abannon wrote: ↑5 years agoI'm going from Pyrewood to Nethergarde. No point sitting in queues for literally hours.

I left Pagle for Bloodsail Buccaneers, but I'm not entirely sold on my decision.
I also hold the name for a feral druid named Mittens on Pagle so it's fair reason to not leave.
I've already left. Some of my work friends are being hard headed and "plan to stay" on Herod. I have no interest in seeing that shitshow come Phase 2. My core group of friends are rolling on Skeram.

I will most definitely stay on whitemane because there are only 2 west coast pvp servers plus bigglesworth isn’t a very cool name.

No original unarmored epic mounts

I plan on waiting until 30 or so mins after release and see what realm has the least and go for that. Aint got no time for queues
Ten Storms EU Alliance
Finnigan - Dwarf Hunter Lvl 30
Portalmaster - Gnome Mage Lvl 19
Shaelur - Dwarf Paladin Lvl 22
Shaelus - Night Elf Druid Lvl 50

Will stay on Firemaw. I am mentally exhausted over the many days of talk on what the best server for us is and I don're care at this point whether or not Method+Asmongold+Santa Claus+Metzen rolls on my server, I just want to get in the game.

There is no need for anyone to "move". In less than 24 hours, the three-name limit will be lifted and we'll be able to roll back and forth between whatever servers we want.

My reputation is clean.

i siwtched to the new German PvP Realm Venoxis the moment it was released. Played on a Medium Server back then (Kel Thuzad EU) that was only high on Weekends or events like the AQ Opening, so i am happy with it.
