Kungen just made a statement on Twitter and answered some questions. Seems like he is going to play and stream regularly again!

I remember watching him replay Fallout 4 over and over and over again after its launch and that was the last of him other than some really odd tweets every now and then in the years between that. Welcome back I guess.

GM and MT of the guild <Nihilum>, which was one of the top guild back in Vanilla, they WF C'thun once it was patched and also WF Kel'Thuzad
Then they rampaged through BC, earning WF from Gruul all the way to Illidan.
So yeah, that's quite a big name for the old folks who knew that period of the game

Ahh, gotcha. Thanks for response. I never really paid much attention to any of that stuff back then, and still don't know really tbh.

He went semi-pro in Hearthstone for a while then nuked his channel and stream by playing Artifact for a little bit. The hate for that game was pretty extreme.

I played on the same server as Kungen and his guild <Nihilum> during TBC. I was Alliance and I remember auto attacking him on my Human Mage outside Magtheridon's Lair, only to have his guild lackies kill me instantly. I got some payback on some of them after that with my PoM Pyro build(I had really good PvE gear at the time and it did a ton of damage).

I wanted to name my main character Kungen, but I just can't cos of respect to him. It's good he's back and feeling better

For good reason honestly, it was pretty awful on Valve's part to release the game in that state. Shameful.

I can agree but flaking on Kungen because of it was just crazy. I don't think he took Valve's money or anything, just wanted to try out a new card game.

Oh yea, for sure. Nothing wrong with streaming a game and wanting to enjoy it. I think the majority of people wanted the game to be a solid competitive game, as Hearthstone isn't and shouldn't be considered even remotely close to that.

Would be interesting if the whole guild (and then players) got back together and started playing again.

Doesn't shock me. Tips is the biggest noob and the most fraudulent scumbag in WoW. Of course he's looking for someone to carry him.

It's cringy how some streamers are so full of themselves that they can just go up to a legend like Kungen and say "Let's talk when you can brother"

A legend, glad to hear he's back and I hope he has a great time in classic as we all hopefully will.
