It will turn into a timer when the days have all elapsed.

I think it's fine as it is, no need to see the hours and minutes when it's more than 24 hours left

If I see hours and minutes on the screen my head would explode! lol
I would watch it until it read 0 secs!

It would be a bit confusing. I'm happy to see it as days,
The last two or three days would seem suitable to run a timer.
