First of all - I'm not 100% sure, so I'm looking for the answers.
I've read that some items from MC were originally introduced in Phase 2 / Phase 3. Like Perdition's Blade or Onslaught Girdle. Any idea if they are going to drop since the very beginning of classic or do we have to wait?

Phases are a new thing for Classic and didn’t exist in the same order in Vanilla strictly speaking.
Since MC is in Phase 1 it will be dropping at the start of Classic, yes.
Well think of it this way, the tier 2 helm used to drop off Onyxia and tier 2 pants off Rag, I cant confirm it but I will take a guess and say it wont drop until BWL is released. The other things like Perditions Blade idk, the tier 2 stuff is linked directly to bwl content/tier so would be odd to get a tier 2 helm and pants but need to wait until bwl phase to finish the set...

Instead of phases it would be patches in Vanilla, I would assume what they drop in 1.12 will be there except for the tier 2 related gear...but idk I do not work for Blizzard and don't know what they are planning for this...

T2 helm and pants should be in the game from phase 1 i think. Some other items might drop later like the priest/hunter quest items from Majordomo's chest.
Everything is going to be itemised by its 1.12 version - confirmed.
Whether it drops or not will depend on the content available due to the current phase in force.
Wowhead classic has just gotten a filter for this lol. It looks like Perditions blade is added in Phase 2 and Onslaught gridle in phase 3.

Seems pretty clear to me.
Teeb, you're saying that since MC is in phase 1, all MC loot is available in phase 1. This counters Ion's tweet (see Grindhouse's comment) saying that items that drop in the patches that each phase follows will only drop when that phase is reached. In this case, that means the girdle won't drop until Phase 3 (Patch 1.5 and 1.6).
Well, it's not obvious for me, but maybe I'm misunderstood.
I understand phasing and itemization. I also know that everything will be tuned to 1.12 patch (items stats, etc.). But I don't think we had a clear answer for items in MC which were originally added with later raid content.
And according to link from Teebling:
"We’ve gone back and reconstructed many of the most heavily affected drop tables as they existed prior to the 1.10 patch, and we’re planning to update the drop tables alongside the Ahn’Qiraj War Effort. Prior to the Ahn’Qiraj unlock, most of the drop rates and locations will look as they did in the patches prior to 1.10, with exceptions".
Again - maybe I'm wrong but it implies that loot tables could be adjusted / upgraded with further content. I can't see any clear confirmation that MC will drop literally all loot since classic launch?

All I know is my Classic guild is following Ion's tweet and are not expecting patch 1.4 items until phase 2 and patch 1.5 items until phase 3 for MC's loot tables.
