Normally I don't like fluff threads like this, but my hype is unimaginable. I'm trying to ignore it by work, other hobbies, working on our (future) guild etc., but nothing is doing it.

I've been burned out by letting my hype go unchecked for other games before (FO76, Destiny 2 at launch... etc), and I really don't want it to happen for Classic as I intend to savor the experience and play at an extremely leisurely rate.

However, that still doesn't mean we can't get hyped for the actual countdown!

Reminds me of Christmas when I was a kid. Soooo much anticipation and I actually don't know what to expect. And regardless of what I get, I'll be pumped.

I feel ya dawg, it's everything I can do right now to stay off a pserver to sate my appetite, don't want to burn out before the real launch.

I printed a warrior talent tree and turned it into an advent calendar. Gave myself 51 thumbtacks. Every morning I wake up and assign a talent point. By the time I run out of talent points, it's launch day.

The hype is too real right now

This is honestly all I think about.

I'll go on some vacation from early to mid-August this year, so hopefully this will act like a "time-travel machine" where I will kinda forget about it and come back to see that it's only 10 days left, so I won't die out on anticipation haha

I've got my leveling guides queued, my alts and main squared away, I know what I'm doing in the first ~5 hours, items to watch for on the AH, what I want to focus on and when.
