We all know them and love them, from the humble https://www.wowhead.com/item=10393/undercity-cockroach to the coveted https://www.wowhead.com/npc=10259/worg-pup. What pet pal are you gunning for and why? I personally always loved seeing hunter pets with matching companions, so like a colorful bird with a parrot companion.
I've never seen one or had one, so I'm going for a https://www.wowhead.com/item=8499/tiny- ... -whelpling this time around.

I can appreciate companion pets, but personally, I've just never been too interested. I think I'll buy a cat from the cat lady outside of Northshire (was she there in vanilla...?) but that will be it for me!

I would often run around with the https://classic.wowhead.com/item=10392/crimson-snake simply because it was available from the vendor in Org, and is a much nicer companion than a cockroach, especially as a hippy Tauren.

I think this time around I'll try to get a few more, something that suits the druid would be nice.

I find the Smolderweb Hatchling very nice.

Never liked companion pets. And in retail this whole battle pets etc made it feel like some kind of Pokémon version.

Companion pets are probably at the bottom of my to do list.
Never really cared much for them, but for collector reasons it's nice.

Never really been a fan of companion pets either. They take up much needed bag space. That being said, I'm probably picking up the Sprite Darter Hatchling from Feralas. It's the perfect companion pet for a druid.

I had the same siamese cat following my gnome ever since 2005. Since I'm going to re-roll the same character and start over again, I'm going to find my cat again. I don't remember where it came from and for some reason I don't remember the cat lady selling it.

I'll be accompanied during my adventures by my https://classic.wowhead.com/npc=11236/blood-parrot. It's rather unique in that it doesn't have its own summoning item directly; you have to wear the https://classic.wowhead.com/item=12185/ ... mirals-hat, wait 30 seconds for the hat cooldown, then summon it. I don't 100% remember, but I believe it remains summoned if you take the hat off.

I don't know how I got so lucky, but I remember I was doing a quest in Feralas killing some sprite darters and one of them dropped a Sprite Darter Hatchling. Never looked back. Had that guy by my side always.
