Voted no since i really like the idea to have known enemies from opposite faction on my realm or even haters and then meet them outside of battlegrounds to do some good showdown.

Bit on the fence here, I used to have hour-long BG queues before cross-realm queues were implemented. That's why I voted yes.
However, I don't know if it would even be necessary from the beginning. Didn't they speak about layering on servers with 3000 players per layer? That would mean the servers will be pretty huge. In that case I don't think it would be necessary yet to have xrealm bg's. This can all still be added later on I'd say.

It's not like I PvPed a lot but I remember that before cross-realms bgs queues were just hideous. Cross realm bgs also make it possible you'll meet entirely new people next bg instead of this premade that's been going on for all day.

If crossrealm bgs are active and you have a premade, you have a higher chance of playing against random scrubs most of the time, therefore getting more honor and wins over a longer period of time.

But at the same time, we’ve seen stories of the hardcore PVPers that were just trying to beat the 5 minute timer because everyone kept leaving the BG when they saw they were playing against a premade.

So idk. I we might end up having enough people to fill most slots with the server later, and get a few pugs from other layers. That’s almost a win-win scenario. :P

I do not like the way battlegrounds were implemented previously with mixing server types. If there was proper separation this time around I may change my opinion, but RP, PVP, and PVE should not all be in the same battlegroup.

For one, the types of players you encounter, but more importantly, the types of progression each server has with their leading guilds. Being unable to compete whatsoever because your casual RP server doesn’t even have a guild inside AQ (therefore you cannot just join one) while the other servers are decked out is terrible.

There will likely not be enough RP servers for their own battlegroup so that’s tricky, but they should at the very least not be inside the PvP server battlegroup.
