I've been playing ud warlock for 1-10, it's a lot more challenging than mage with the pet (two 5s-mana rules) and all the different duration dots. I'm sure my playstyle could be improved. I'm happy with the 1h27min time even though near the end I was kinda unlucky with quest drops, so I skipped the pumpkin quest and I still had about 600 exp overkill. If anyone is interested in the run, I've uploaded it here:

Thanks for uploading the run. That's a very impressive time and I'm interested to see your route and strategy.

@est I’ve been telling people for a while now that Warlock was capable of quite good times for 1-10, glad someone proved me right. Great time!
E: do you think 1:20 is possible with some luck to be on par with Gnome Mages?

@JPY what are your times btw?:)
What do you guys think is better in total dwarf or Nelf?
In my opinion is it cool to be close to darkshore as a nelf, howver the dwarf has Stoneform which is also very nice!

Just did a little priest undead run to see if it's as hard as people say. It definitely has alot of room of improvement since this is my first and only run for priest. 1h40min is def doable. I ran out of mana drinks too early and had awful rng on this run.

@est crazy run man! big props. I knew I had to bind the follow button for my pet but didn't expect such a big difference. You definitely multidot way more than me. You got biggest rng ever on the start though lol. I never get so many lvl 1 bats and lvl 2 skeletons next to eachother :D Just got back from Avengers End game so I'll check your route tomorrow and let you know if there's even anything I can still help you improve for your 1h20min run :D

Thanks, yeah that 1-2 was crazy lucky, not only that, but also no resists and two important crits. The multidotting was sometimes a bit overkill, I should've finished some mobs first before pulling new to reduce pushback. With level 8+ I'm not sure, you probably can use the (near) full duration of agony a bit more, though you need to be careful with your health (i just realized I never activated the imp stam buff lol)
FYI, as mage I do the same route but with both weed quests and the pumpkin quest and I barely have any experience towards level 11. You can just grind so much better as warlock.

Yes, make sure to have a pet send and pet recall macro. I've been using 1 and shift+1, respectively, but I'm thinking to rebind it to mouse wheel and get used to that. I use this constantly.
Also, I'm sure you all know that manual taunting is the way to go with Voidwalker so he doesn't go oom, but what I haven't seen many people doing is toggling the autocast with a macro... this is way easier than pure manual taunting. Here's the macro that works with one button:
/script local i,g=1,0 while GetSpellName(i,"pet") do if GetSpellName(i,"pet")=="Torment" then g=i end i=i+1 end local _,y = GetSpellAutocast(g,"pet") do ToggleSpellAutocast(g,"pet") end
Also... starting to get a little jealous of you undead guys. That early mana pool + early Imp is sooo nice. The Orc starting zone is still pretty solid though.
Are there any video runs from 1-20 starting from Durotar? Most people seem to hit level 10 right after finishing enroachment so I'm curious what most people are doing after that.
@Nivek check my vods on twitch. Done durotar & barrens plenty of times where u can see full runs. However i play rogue (8 hours 39 mins is my 1-20 time right now). Also currently lvl 10, 3 bars finishing encroachment. Will level from 10 to 20 tomorrow on stream :P
twitch.tv/tactics_lol - u can check vods for route or tune in tomorrow.

@jpy was 1:52 for 1-10 on this run, got a bit stalled by other people doing the familiars/cave quests in valley. Not sure about serpent early vs getting it later or sticking with cat, but for shorter runs cat def has the downside of no focus dump for a long time + can't grab one right off the bat, it's prob much slower 10-14 with cat than just using even a crab.
Mouse wheel is a godsend and is also what I have pet send and pet recall macro'd to. It was either that or use the mouse wheel for fel hunter dispels.
@blendio That's actually fucking sick! I'm curious about how you do with later levels. Do keep us posted!

Sorry, missed this. My 1-10 on repack is listed here for Troll @ 1:38:42 (I’ve ran a few runs within 10s-1m of this time the last couple days) but my 1-20 is pretty bad and as others have pointed out I’m pretty terrible about actually practicing the route because I’m constantly doing 1-10 runs.Cryphis wrote: ↑6 years ago10 2h 3min

A user of this forum told me in my stream that it is okay to also drop the link of my stream and my route here.
If this is against the rules of this forum please delete the 2 links, I will notice this and won't post links which are not directed to the run related anymore
Route: https://cryphisworld.com
Also, I heard that you were using gm commands etc during your runs, did you use them for the runs you listed here? I thought it went without saying that wouldn’t be allowed.

I'm not particularly skilled. I haven't been able to master juggling, so this is technically a time anyone could potentially do. All I do is utilise quest stacking to basically skip level 9 (with a little more grinding for earlier levels).
I got a little careless, and accidentally died three times. Made a few other mistakes like forgetting to grab the cooking quest when I'm handing everything in at the end. Still a decent 1:53:22 time to level 10. Only major difference aside from the quest stacking that typical routes do is the addition of The Glowing Fruit quest before level 10.
I just noticed that Novat's route also does stacking, but better/faster because it also includes Rellian Greenspyre (320xp), Tumors (1000xp), Return to Denalan (100xp), and The Shimmering Frond (850xp). Doesn't do Recipe of the Kaldorei though (625xp). I'll have to do another run. :)

I am getting under impression that speedrunning is not for me at all. I see all your great times and then around lvl 8 I check my time in practice runs and its usually around 1h45m (as a tauren hunter). Those pesky dwarves keep kicking my butt.
I do not like to grind as it is horribly tedious activity for me so that might be the reason for my worse times :D
Anyway, good job and good luck everyone! :)
E: Just below 3h, shame :(

holy shit not even xrewz can beat me now this route is completely broken for undead
