I'd be down to start up a casual NA PvP guild if anyone else wanted to join in.
I speak a little (VERY little..) Spanish if that's of any interest but I'm afraid my guild is horde side Daisy.
I don't think they will make actual Spanish servers for classic though. I think they will likely be very conservative with the amount of servers they open up at first, as they might not expect THAT much long term interest. We'll have to prove them wrong!
On a sidenote, I have finished the very most basic barebones of my guild forum, and so registration to join Monstrous Bear Hugs has finally opened fully. Hoping to see lots of people willing to help me build a friendly and active community :)

It's really embarrassingly retro-basic but it'll do to kick things off! It uses a little of the stuff also found on barrens chat (and I've tried to explain that and make a link in the actual forum, but do let me know if I need to make a clearer reference teebling!)
Do mind that it is not https, so there will be like *this site isn't secure!* and such coming from e.g. firefox and chrome. Since it's a free subdomain I couldn't get free SSL.
But it's not like you need to fill in your bank information or something, it's just a wow guild forum, so I imagine it should be fine..

Guys, do not be harsh towards him. IMO there is nothing bad in looking for teammates of same belief. Keep it civil.
IMO I think religion, race, sexual orientation and whatnot should be kept out of WoW. I understand people searching for guilds of the same nationality because speaking your native language is easier for some.. But searching for LGBT guilds, Christian, Muslim or Buddhist guilds seems a bit off.

So how do you determine true catholics from non-catholics? Do you plan on doing catholic specific activities? Is your de facto leader the Pope or God, and do you consult with them on game-related matters? Are there any specs officially sanctioned by the Church? I have so many questions.

An orthodox Catholic can recognize other Catholics by their beliefs. No, we don't plan on doing Catholic specific activities, we just want to play Classic WoW with likeminded people in similar life situations. No, we're of course not connected to the Church in any offical way, other than being Church members (laymen) - I'm the de facto leader.

If the comments on WoWhead are anything to go by, the charter cost either 10s or 30s, so we'll be able to get guilds started on day one or two. Tabards cost 1g each and designing a tabard cost 10g.
My guild name will be "Chromium Crusade". The idea, from an RP perspective, is that the events shown in the Classic announcement trailer really happened. Shit's all fucked up in the future, so Chromie figures that the best option is to just send a bunch of veterans back in time to change history. She calls us, and this whole operation, the Chromium Crusade. It's NA-PvE, like Paradox.

I'm pretty sure it was 10s for a guild chart back when I made a guild in vanilla, and then indeed 10g to make (design) tabards. So yeah, can get started pretty quickly!

That said, I notice most of the other guilds I've been checking out here have like well over a 100 members each already. How on earth are you getting that many people so quickly? I feel as if I'm missing something..
