I think I got to rank 6 or 7 in vanilla. Realistically I would love to just deck myself out in a good set of feral dps/tanking gear, a nice off-set healing gear and get some PvP and maybe casual raiding done.
I am happy to just do 5 mans and BGs and level alts and chill with friends mostly. It's a great big Azeroth out there, and there is plenty to see and do.

Having a great time reliving what to me was the best game I had ever played.
Getting to level 60 the solo way since my limited internet doesn't allow for extended game time.
Enjoying the entertainment of reading chat from noobs to the original game. It should be interesting stuff. Like hey how come I'm level 10 and only have 50 copper? Where's the gold? Do we really have to run everywhere for 39 levels? I really have to spend time going to a trainer to learn skills? etc. etc.
This is going to be a lot of fun.

While I would still LOVE to grind to R13 on my warrior, I think my more realistic personal goal is to tank BWL with my feral druid. I managed to tank all of MC with our alt runs like a few weeks before TBC released and it was a BLAST. So yeah, next stop will be BWL!
The Footpad
My goal is to take my time levelling and exploring each zone, doing a bit of casual RP here and there, making new friends along the way - then attempt some raids at 60. Excited for experiencing classic world PVP again!
What first drew me into WoW was seeing my friend level his Dwarf in Ashenvale, in character. He was complaining about the long grass making his beard wet, then went around asking night elf players if they could help him find a specific kind of bear. I loved how interactive people were - to each other and the environment - and I'd be happy playing Classic just to see more of that again.

- Get to 60.
- Get Attuned for at least Onyxia.
- Raid with a druid (not healing.)
- Get some sick mounts.
- Maybe make a friend or two.

- hit lvl 51
- go to alterac valley
- get ice barbed spear
- world pvp
My goals for Classic WoW is to establish a discord for each WoW Classic realm. For more direct info, please read below...
*One Discord For One Realm*
These discord servers are dedicated to one official WoW Classic PvP North American realm - when it releases (This is single realm community, not a guild).
Hello, I have prepared this discord server for WoW Classic. This discord server will be used for one specific realm when it is announced and released. I know its early to setup an already discord server for WoW Classic; especially a discord sever that is based off an unannounced realm. Although, I can really see how this discord server being helpful for players on one same realm.
Now I am sure you are wondering “what’s the point of using a discord server when you can simply find everything you need ingame?”. Well your right. I see this discord server as a extension of our realm’s community.
**1.** You can view chat history (see list of past guild recruitments, search item by name in #trade, etc.).
**2.** Slow Mode is active (besides general chat) - this prevents spam.
**3.** Horde and Alliance have segregated chat channels (besides general; subject to change) - Horde players will view Horde chats only and vice-versa for Alliance (you can’t see both chat channels at the same time, must choose one faction).
**4.** Discord is like world chat but organized with channels for looking for group, trade, and looking for guild.
**5.** You can find addons, macros, and guides.
**6.** Majority of players are already comfortable using discord rather ingame voice chat.
**7.** This Discord server promotes English only in all text chat channels.
The name of the discord server will be the same name of a WoW Classic realm that players voted for in #realm-vote channel. That will be the realm this discord will be dedicated to.

Hmm i'll be honest I don't have set goals per say. Obviously getting to 60 and doing some end content is a given but I'll be taking my time just taking it day and by day. If I manage to find myself a fun guild and friends to casually raid with and pvp I'll be really happy with that :)

I've never thought much about legendary/epic items and I didn't realized classic had so many cool ones. I'm definitely going to try to get some of the neat ones that have a lot involved in collecting them.

Well, kinda easy. Keep playing, since I really want to get to clear BWL and if possible, AQ40 and Naxx as well. Which includes what I deem to be the biggest hurdle: find a suitable guild! And maybe even one that hosts IRL guild meets. I did attend one back in vanilla and it just changed a lot tbh - the sense of community was even better than before.
Aside from that... witness the AQ40 opening, get Rank 10 (well, Rank 14 would be nice...but I'm not sure it's feasible... *sigh*), be a top-dps warrior (at the very least in my guild) with good rep. Also, for once I want to not be forever-poor. I've learned some goblining skills in WoD and Legion and hope I can translate that into being somewhat liquid while playing classic :)
And as a purely cosmetic goal, I want to get a Kodo Mount early on (as an orc). Style is everything! :)

My goal is simply to be in a world without donald trump.

My only goal in Classic is to get swept away in it's lore, it's RPG elements and it's community.
Having never been able to play Vanilla and never really getting into Retail (only played on and off a bit since MoP) I want to experience the game like all my friends had when it originally came out. I hear all these amazing stories from it and if I could get that experience for like 75 % then my goal will be reached.

;)A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.

Everybody seems to play World of Warcraft a different way, some people do the whole raiding scene, some people focus on PvP, but what I'm interested in today are your unique personal goals. As an example:
I had a friend who loved fishing, and I don't recall if this was in Classic or TBC, but there was a particular fish he just had to get in Ironforge. Trouble was, we were horde, and It was a rather difficult place to get to and sit in undetected while you fished.
So he did a lot of research and found a solution. He went to Ironforge and died, then resurrected at his body, repeating this to get further and further into the city. He eventually reached the lava pools he had to fish from, but there was no way you could just hang out there without someone killing you.
He died again, then hopped onto a very specific bucket down below the area where the flightmaster is (this is my friend's story and not mine, so if anyone has more detail, please add) and respawned. From there, it was just a matter of being lucky enough to not get killed while fishing.
Finally, he was victorious and caught the fish, https://www.wowhead.com/item=34484/old-ironjaw#comments, I believe.
What's on your radar? Some kind of off the beaten path personal goal, that may or may not even give you many good rewards?

I'm slightly alt-oholic, I hope to get at least 4 characters to max level and in their dungeon Tier 0 sets. I would love to get my main through at least AQ40, hopefully see some/all of Naxx this time around, and have my primary alt in T2.

Get to 60 fast. Beat all of the content. Gank a ton of people in wPvP (both lowbies and highbies). Possibly do the rank grind... Probably not though. Beat the game and win. Then do it all over again. Probably on the other faction.

Plan on initially getting my main to 60 within the first wave of people, then planning on bringing an alt up slowly while farming gold on main and making twinks with friends… If my main clears BWL I will be a happy camper and consider my endgame goals reached, the rest is about having fun.

My own goals is (not necessarily in order) is to just enjoy, been waiting too long for classic to be released.
I want to clear all raids at least once though since I only did MC and ZG in vanilla.
Get full T1 perhaps, never had full epic set in vanilla. Level professions.
This time I want to get 300 in both cooking and fishing. Same goes for first aid (crucial for pvp).
While doing all that I will obviously kill on sight all Alliance I can see (Levels 1-60 I dont give a F**k). Even if the target outgears me
or outplays me, I gotta try. (Not if there are more then 2 at the same time though, I wont charge a raid of alliance solo)
Would be sick to get Rank 12-13 (highly doubt it though) for some epic pvp items. Rank 14 I'm not even going to try.
Have fun, make friends.
