It's like ~90g, depending on rep. By the time you reach 40, you would be pretty close. But at this stage in the game, if you have any friends in game who are already 60, you can find a buddy to spot you the balance. Travel form is great as a druid, it makes the mount less important, but it still really sucks to not have the mount. Especially if you're trying to travel with a group of people who already have theirs.
I didn't get mine until level 43. It made a big difference when I got it.
