When TBC Classic released the first time, can anyone confirm if I'm remembering correctly?

Level 58 boosts, can't be used for Blood Elves or Draenei, does that sound right?

I had to look it up because I couldn't remember the specifics, this was called the Dark Portal Pass for TBC.

The Dark Portal Pass provides a single character boost to level 58 (not available for use with Draenei or Blood Elf characters) that gives the character:

• Apprentice Riding skill
• Race-specific mount
• Weapon skills up to level 58
• Access to certain flight paths
• A set of level 58 magic (green) quality gear
• Up to four Runecloth Bags (14 slots each)
• A little bit of gold to start their journey
