Hey there Barrens Chat,

Long time lurker here, I've seen many problems with guild recruitment throughout the various communities for Classic. I think we owe a lot to our mods and curators of lists for getting us this far (you all are awesome!)

I decided to fix the Classic guild recruitment process by creating a website centered around the ability to lookup guilds. Now you can filter, sort, search, and browse through our entire DB of guilds until you find the perfect one for you! Without further adieu, I give you:

The languages are user generated which is why Salame is on there and Spanish is not. Someone seems to have added that as a language and apparently we don't have any Spanish guilds yes :'( You could be the first @daisyKutter !

@Pixstar @aeh I agree, we haven't been able to nail down the design quite yet. Do you have any suggestions? Do you like the darker theme or should I go with a lighter one? Transparent with an image in the background or solid color? Do you have any examples of what you think would look nice?

Why not just add the major languages of europe, plus English and Arabic ? i think user generated isn't a good idea because you have english + arabic and EN and English all separate.

and add a Exclusive language or multinational option . some guilds as you know only want people speaking in a specific language.

That's a good idea @zutch . I was thinking about that originally but when there were only a handful of guilds on there I didn't want to have a bunch of filters that resulted in 0 results. Now that most are a bunch of guilds it seems like a good time to make the switch!

should add a feature to sort by times (like daytime, afternoon, evening/nights).

@Instinctz we've been struggling to find the right way to implement searching / filtering by times. Maybe you're right, simpler is better. Thanks for the insight Instinctz!

@Instinctz That is a tough one, I'll admit! You might be surprised at who else would be looking for a guild like that though so you can always create a guild yourself! As a side note, I did find one NA guild that matches your requirements:

<Informal>, however the seem more like a hardcore guild to me but they do have a casual side to them and are still recruiting for the casual side. You never know when someone will leave the guild, not finish leveling to 60, not perform, etc so even though their raid slots are full now, you may be able to get bumped up or they may even end up forming a second raid team!

In addition to that NA guild, you may want to check out some EU or OCE guilds since their night time will be our day time! You'll have to deal with an extra 100-200ms ping most likely which isn't ideal but you can always see how the ping is when you first roll on that server. Here's an EU and OCE guild that I see that meet your other requirements:
<Dishonored>
<Revival>

Let me know what you think about those three options otherwise I'll keep my eye out for you ;)

We added the ability to set realm names so you can now start to filter via realm names :) Less than a week before launch so make sure that you have your guild straightened out!

@Edaewen I just added Krom as an option last night! It may take a while for guilds on Krom to sign up or edit their listings so there aren't any showing up in the guild index yet.

@hojoos Thank you! Also, you may want to sit down before you read this, preferably in your gaming chair... but release was on Aug 26/27th! The game is live!
