I was thinking that the mix of PvP and PvE servers would be a problem but the pros you've outlined are certainly changing my mind! Also, I play on the west coast and occasionally play on east coast servers and the lag is like 50ms more which isn't even noticeable imho so that shouldn't be a problem....

I too am leveling a prot warrior (alt). I highly recommend you level via dungeons mainly. You get the following perks: 1) Heals and rez 2) Gear, you'll be greened and blued out in a couple runs and you'll be on the bleeding edge of gear for your level. 3) Good xp/hour for warriors (especially prot!)...

I chose Orc for my main lock because of the racial trait that gives 25% resistance to stuns. That's a game changer in PvP. Some would argue that the Undead get-out-of fear ability is better, but that has a cooldown... Plus those pesky rogues with their chain stuns can be a real nuisance >_<

One of the great raiding accomplishments, the Zulian Tiger! I'm glad that Tauren can use them because I'll be rolling on it with my tank tauren if I ever see one drop! Best of luck to all those who aim to get it :)

They're extremely tanky and hard to kill. Combine that with how mana efficient they are and their short casting time and they make amazing PvP healers! The gear is also there since Pallies are essentially treated as healers endgame for Classic/Vanilla.

The SM instances were my all time favorite dungeons! I can't wait to hit that level bracket on my characters! Only a couple levels away on my main but I'm thinking about switching my main to one of my alts which would put this further away :(

pull a mob to melee as I described and simultaneously have your pet tank a mob at range. You can kill the mob at range with autoshot while killing the mob that's on you with melee swings. Very interesting! I remember prelaunch all the #nochange'rs wanted there to never be server transfers. Now it seems like a lot of them are begging for it, haha. If only they had just rerolled on a non 5figure wait queue and we could've stayed #nochanges.
