Greetings and welcome to Warcraft Taverns Talent & Builds section for Fire Mage in World of Warcraft Classic: Season of Mastery! This guide contains two different builds that you can use along your journey!
Standard Build
Standard Fire build of 17/31/3, this build provides the best caster damage per second in WoW Classic, with the combo of scorch debuff for 15% more fire damage with Combustion to make sure you get 3 massive critical strikes which lead into ignite, while also having the mana regeneration from Arcane Meditation (2/3) to regen more mana while Mage armor is also up.
Frost-Fire Build
Frost-Fire build for MC and BWL, with a downside of being heavily gear dependent to make work. But can use frost on fire immune bosses (Baron, Golemagg, Ragnoross, Vaelstraz, Firemaw, Ebonroc, Flamegor and Nefarian) While still using Fire spells on every other boss.

I always go with this build for Fire Mage leveling (just went again as Self Found on hardcore realm Nek’Rosh on EU) for example up to lvl 24:
