The Cooldowns and Abilities that Discipline Priests have that are great for raiding and healing are Fear Ward, Improved Divine Spirit and Inner Focus, as well as Mass Dispel.

The basic rotation for a Discipline (Healing) Priest in a raid environment will be to keep Fear Ward up on the tank(s). Keep Improved Divine Spirit up on the entire raid for the massive benefit it gives to everyone, and use Inner Focus with your big heals (either Prayer of Healing or Greater Heal). You will use Mass Dispel whenever several people need to be dispelled (For example, on Magtheridon’s trash)
The heals you will end up using the most are Flash Heal (Max rank), Prayer of Healing (rank 3 and Max), Greater Heal (rank 3 and Max), and for any AoE pulls that you can keep moving with, use Holy Nova in order to give slightly more DPS and healing to the group.
